About Us
I have made a living as a police officer for the past 40 years. Maggie my wife is retired
from a school district. We have three cute little girls named, Blue, Lucky and Valentine.
They help the old man and mommy with the hog trapping. I have been hunting and
trapping for the past 40 years. I have been trapping hogs in one fashion or another for
about that same time. Yes there were a lot of hogs back then. The East Texas pines were
full of em.

I was having my coyote trap sets tore up by feral hogs on our place in Flatonia Tx. Once
in a while, we would trap and hold a pig in the number three Bridger coyote traps. The
big ones would step in and throw the traps but of course the trap was not big
enough to hold them. We wanted to find a way to hold the big hogs so we got started on a
new system to do just that. That was five years ago. We now offer a trapping system that works.
We have caught a lot of hogs in these Hold A Hawg snare traps.

I have to tell you here that we lost a lot of them too. The locks broke, the buttons pulled
lose, cables broke, chains and c clips were pulled apart and T post on the fence was
pulled out of the ground. I work on improving this system almost daily. The rig I offer
now has all of these weakness resolved. I have several different sizes of cables and locks
that will Hold A Hawg.
We here on the Bella Donna still ride on the cowboy code; if it anit yours don’t take it, if
it anit true don’t say it, if it anit right don’t do it, and if your words no good than don’t
give it.
We stand behind our gear. If you have a problem, I will take care of it. You have my
word and if you use this system as I teach it, you will catch hogs. I will give you my word
on that to.
Keep your traps dipped and checked, treat your dog with respect and help a person out if
you can.
